- How to Contact Us
1. About Our Services
C&C provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services in Douglas County, Colorado, and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, house washing, soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, fence cleaning, commercial storefront and parking-lot cleaning, restaurant exterior cleaning, and fleet vehicle washing. The Site provides general information about these services and includes online forms to request a free, no-obligation quote.
We currently serve Parker, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Franktown, Larkspur, and other communities in Douglas County and the surrounding Denver metro area. We may decline service or refer a job out of our coverage area at our discretion.
2. Quotes, Estimates, and Acceptance
When you submit a quote request through the Site, by phone, or by text, we will provide an estimate based on the information you give us. Estimates are not binding contracts. They are good-faith pricing based on the property condition, surface area, and scope you describe.
A scheduled job becomes binding when:
- You confirm a date, time, and price; and
- We confirm acceptance and place you on our schedule.
Written confirmation. After you book, we will send you a written confirmation of the agreed date, time, scope, and price. If you booked by phone, that written confirmation is the controlling record of what was agreed. Please review it and let us know right away if anything does not match your understanding.
Changes must be approved in writing. Any change to the scope, price, specifications, or schedule of a job is not binding on either of us until it has been confirmed in writing and approved by you. Approved changes may result in additional or increased charges, and you agree to pay those charges. For purposes of these Terms, "in writing" includes a text message, an email, an electronically signed or approved estimate, and an approval submitted through our scheduling or invoicing software. A reply of "yes," "approved," or similar to a written revised estimate constitutes your written approval.
Estimate adjustments on arrival. The estimate we provide is based entirely on the property size, surface area, condition, and scope of work you describe to us. If, upon arrival at the property, the actual size, square footage, surface area, condition, or scope materially exceeds or differs from what you described — for example, the square footage is significantly larger, the surface is more heavily soiled, or there is additional scope — C&C reserves the right to amend the estimate before any work begins. We will send you a revised written estimate, and we will not perform the Services or any additional work beyond the originally agreed scope until you approve the revised estimate in writing. If you do not approve the revised estimate, we may decline to perform the job or reschedule it.
3. Scheduling, Weather, and Access
Pressure washing is weather-dependent. We may reschedule a job because of rain, snow, freezing temperatures, high winds, or other conditions that would compromise the quality of the work or our team's safety. We will let you know as soon as practical if a reschedule is required and work with you on a new date.
For us to perform the Services, you must provide:
- Reasonable access to the area to be cleaned, including unlocked gates and clear pathways.
- Working water access — typically an exterior spigot in good condition with sufficient flow. If we cannot draw enough water from your property, the job may need to be rescheduled.
- Working power access, where applicable, for hot-water units or other equipment.
If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot perform the job because access, water, or power is unavailable, a trip-charge fee may apply (we will tell you about any such fee in advance whenever possible).
Arrival windows and job duration. The time given for your appointment is an arrival window, not a start time or a completion time. We will contact you when we are on our way.
We do our best to give you an accurate timeframe, but we do not guarantee a completion time, and some jobs require more than one visit to the property. A return visit is most commonly needed when:
- The job is large or covers multiple distinct areas — for example, a full house wash plus driveway, deck, and fencing;
- A surface requires a treat-and-return step, such as heavy organic growth, rust, or embedded oil staining, where a cleaning solution needs time to work before a second pass;
- Weather, daylight, water supply, or power access interrupts the work;
- Part of the property is inaccessible on the scheduled day; or
- We identify additional scope on arrival that you approve but that cannot be completed during the same visit.
If we have begun work and a return visit is needed to complete the scope we originally agreed to, there is no additional charge for the return trip. We schedule return visits as soon as our route and the weather allow. If a return visit is needed for work outside the originally agreed scope, we will provide a revised estimate for your written approval first.
This does not apply where we arrive and are unable to begin work at all because access, water, or power was unavailable. In that situation the trip-charge fee described above may apply, and the rescheduled visit is treated as a new appointment.
Property assessment and inspection visits. To give you an accurate estimate, we sometimes need to see a property in person — to measure square footage, identify surface types, and assess condition. By requesting an estimate or scheduling a job, you authorize us to access the exterior of the property for two limited purposes:
- Assessing and measuring the property in order to prepare or finalize your estimate, before the date of service; and
- Inspecting the completed work after services have been rendered, for quality control.
We will make reasonable efforts to let you know before an assessment or inspection visit, though advance notice is not always possible. During these visits we remain on exterior areas, do not enter any building, and do not enter locked or fenced areas without your permission. We may take measurements and photographs for the purposes described in Section 6. If you would prefer that we contact you before every visit, just tell us and we will note that preference in your file. Your authorization under Section 4 to permit work on the property applies equally to these visits.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before our crew arrives, please:
- Close and latch all windows, doors, and exterior pet doors.
- Move or cover outdoor furniture, planters, grills, electronics, vehicles, or other items you do not want exposed to water and cleaning solution. If items are not moved, we are not responsible for incidental contact with water or run-off.
- Secure pets indoors. Our equipment is loud and our cleaning solutions, while eco-friendly, are not intended for direct contact with animals.
- Identify any sensitive landscaping, decorative features, low-voltage lighting, security cameras, recently painted or stained surfaces, exposed wiring, or known damaged areas before we begin work.
- Obtain any required permissions from your HOA, property manager, landlord, or municipality. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to authorize the Services to be performed on the property.
You agree to be physically present, or to ensure that an authorized adult representative is reachable, at the start of the job so we can walk the property with you and confirm scope.
5. Service Performance and Results
We use professional equipment, surface-appropriate pressure, and eco-friendly cleaning chemistry. Our goal is a thorough, safe clean — not a "blast everything" approach.
You understand and acknowledge:
- Results vary. Pressure washing dramatically improves the appearance of most surfaces, but it cannot fully remove every stain. Embedded oil stains, rust, paint over-spray, deeply set organic growth, sun-faded or oxidized siding, efflorescence, and certain types of staining may be reduced but not eliminated.
- Pre-existing conditions. Cracked concrete, loose mortar, peeling paint, soft or rotted wood, failing sealant, damaged screens, lifted shingles, oxidized siding, deteriorated caulk, and other pre-existing conditions may be revealed or made more visible by cleaning. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for revealing damage that already existed beneath dirt or grime.
- Oxidation. On older painted, vinyl, or composite surfaces, cleaning may remove a top layer of oxidation, which can produce a different appearance than adjacent untreated areas. This is normal and is not damage.
- Wood surfaces. Decks, fences, and other wood surfaces will weather and may need staining or sealing after cleaning. We do not include staining or sealing unless specifically agreed in writing.
- Plant safety. We take reasonable care to protect landscaping, but cleaning solutions and runoff may stress sensitive plants. Please point out any prized or sensitive plantings before we begin.
If any concern arises during the job, please raise it with the crew immediately so we can address it on-site.
6. Photography and Marketing Use
We may take "before," "during," and "after" photos and short videos of the work we perform. We use these for quality control, training, and marketing purposes — including on our website, gallery page, social media, Google Business Profile, and other promotional materials.
By scheduling a job with us, you grant C&C a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display these images and videos for the purposes above. We will not include identifying information about you or your specific street address in marketing content without your separate consent. If you do not want your property photographed, please tell us in advance and we will note your preference in our file.
7. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment terms. Payment is due in full upon issuance of the invoice. Invoices are normally issued upon completion of the work, or on the date stated on the invoice if different. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of scheduling.
Late payment. Invoices that remain unpaid more than fifteen (15) days after the invoice date are past due and may be subject to a late fee of $25 or 5% of the invoice balance, whichever is greater. Invoices that remain unpaid more than thirty (30) days after the invoice date will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per year), or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less, until paid in full, and may be referred for collection. You agree to pay our reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency fees and reasonable attorneys' fees, where permitted by law.
Taxes. Our prices are quoted for cleaning labor and services. Under Colorado law, cleaning and similar labor services are generally not subject to sales tax, and we do not charge sales tax on service-only jobs. If a job includes tangible goods or materials that we supply to you — for example, replacement screens, hardware, sealant, stain, or other products — applicable federal, state, county, municipal, and special district taxes may apply to those items. Any such taxes will be stated separately from labor on your estimate and invoice, and you are responsible for paying them. Because tax rates and rules vary among the jurisdictions we serve, tax on goods is calculated based on the location where the goods are delivered or installed.
Cancellation by you. We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee, which we will communicate to you at the time of scheduling.
Cancellation by us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a job for weather, safety, equipment, or staffing reasons, or if conditions at the property would make safe and quality work impossible. We will work with you to find an alternative date.
Refunds. If you are not satisfied with the work, please see Section 9 below before requesting a refund.
8. Insurance, Damage, and Liability
C&C maintains general liability insurance covering our operations. Proof of insurance is available on request.
Reporting damage. If you believe our work caused damage to your property, you must notify us in writing within 72 hours of job completion, including photographs of the affected area and a clear description of the issue. This allows us to inspect the area while conditions are documented. We reserve the right to inspect and, where appropriate, repair or remediate the damage before any third party is engaged at our expense.
Excluded items. We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing conditions, including deteriorated paint, soft or rotted wood, failed caulk or sealant, cracked or loose mortar, damaged screens, lifted shingles, or compromised siding;
- Improperly sealed windows, doors, exterior light fixtures, or wiring;
- Items the customer was asked to move, secure, or disclose and did not;
- Hidden conditions that were not reasonably visible at the time of service;
- Acts of nature, including wind, hail, freezing temperatures, or precipitation;
- Subsequent improvements, repairs, or modifications performed by third parties.
9. Limited Satisfaction Commitment
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the result of a service we performed, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will return to the site at no additional charge to re-clean any reasonably identified area where the original work did not meet our standard. This re-clean is your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the work. We do not provide refunds for results that were communicated as possible outcomes (such as the conditions described in Section 5).
10. Site Use and Intellectual Property
We own or hold licenses to all content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, video, and underlying software (the "Site Content"). The C&C Pressure Washing name and logo are our trademarks. All of this material is protected under United States and other applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for the personal purpose of learning about our Services and submitting a quote request. You may not copy, republish, scrape, repackage, or commercially exploit any Site Content without our prior written permission.
If you send us a suggestion, idea, photo, review, or other feedback about the Services or the Site (a "Submission"), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display that Submission in connection with our business, without obligation to compensate or credit you. You represent that any Submission you provide is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
11. Prohibited Activities

13. Disclaimer
THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND THE SERVICES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME FROM THE SERVICES BEYOND THE LIMITED SATISFACTION COMMITMENT IN SECTION 9.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL C&C OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST GOODWILL, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR A PARTICULAR JOB WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE JOB GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless C&C and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights, including any HOA, landlord, or property owner whose authorization was required for the Services; or (d) any inaccurate information you provided to us about the property or scope of work.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site and Services are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
17. Dispute Resolution
Informal resolution. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at (720) 764-7880 or info@ccpressurewashing5280.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
Venue. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
Time limit. Any claim arising out of or related to the Site or the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.
No class actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought on an individual basis, not as a class, collective, or representative action.
18. General Provisions
These Terms, together with any written agreement or invoice we provide for a specific job, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is a partner, joint venturer, agent, or employee of the other.
