Our Commitment
C&C Pressure Washing is committed to making https://ccpressurewashing5280.com (the "Site") usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe that the information about our services should be accessible to everyone in the communities we serve.
We work to align the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and widely referenced in U.S. accessibility law. Our goal is to provide a Site that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all visitors.
What We've Done
In designing and maintaining the Site, we have aimed to:
- Use clear, plain-language descriptions of our services
- Provide meaningful alternative text for images so screen readers can describe them
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Structure pages with proper headings so that assistive technology can navigate them
- Make all interactive elements — buttons, links, and forms — operable using a keyboard alone
- Label form fields (including our residential and commercial quote forms) so they can be completed with assistive technology
- Allow text to be resized without breaking the layout
- Avoid time limits, flashing content, and other patterns known to create accessibility problems
Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with current versions of the following:
- Browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge
- Operating systems: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS
- Assistive technologies: Common screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack), screen magnifiers, and voice-control software
The Site is also designed to be responsive, so it should work well on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
Known Limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some content on the Site — particularly older photos in our project gallery and content from third-party services such as Google Maps or social media embeds — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working to improve these areas over time. If you encounter a specific page or feature that is difficult to use, please tell us using the contact information below so we can address it.
How to Reach Us About Accessibility
If you have trouble accessing any part of the Site, if you need information from the Site in a different format, or if you would like to give us accessibility feedback, please contact us. We welcome your input and will do our best to respond promptly.

Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, or with the appropriate state agency.
