1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit a quote request, contact form, schedule a job, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the personal information you choose to provide. Depending on the context, this may include:
- Your name
- Your phone number and your preferred contact method (call, text, or email)
- Your email address
- The address of the property to be serviced
- Information about your property and the work you'd like done (for example, square footage, surface type, condition, photos you choose to send us)
- Scheduling preferences and notes about your property (gate codes, pet information, parking instructions, etc., to the extent you choose to share them)
- Any other information you include in your messages to us
We do not process sensitive personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, or precise geolocation tied to your identity).
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our third-party providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- Your device type, browser type, and operating system
- The pages you visit and how you interact with them
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (typically at the city or region level)
- Referring website and search terms used to find us
- Date and time of your visit
This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Section 5.
Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from third parties such as Google (for example, when a customer leaves a review on our Google Business Profile) or social media platforms (when you message us through Facebook or another platform).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate our business and serve you, including to:
- Respond to your quote request and prepare an estimate for you.
- Schedule, confirm, and perform the cleaning services you request.
- Communicate with you about your quote, your scheduled appointment, weather-related rescheduling, completion of the job, and payment.
- Process payments and issue invoices for completed work.
- Provide customer support and follow up on quality concerns.
- Document the work we perform through before-and-after photos and short videos, which we may use for quality control, training, and marketing (subject to the photography terms in our Terms and Conditions).
- Send service updates and occasional marketing, such as seasonal reminders, in accordance with your preferences and applicable law.
- Improve the Site and our Services, including analyzing how visitors interact with the Site.
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect our rights.
3. When and With Whom We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use a small number of trusted vendors who help us operate the business — for example, our website host, scheduling and invoicing software, payment processor, email and SMS providers, and analytics services. These providers are only authorized to use your information to perform services for us, under written contract.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to enforce our Terms, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
- Business transfers. If we sell or transfer all or part of our business, customer information may be transferred as part of the transaction. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such transfer and will not be shared with any third party.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. Text Messaging and SMS
We invite customers to call or text us, and we may use text messaging to confirm appointments, give arrival updates, request feedback, and communicate about jobs. By providing us with your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Opting out. You can opt out of non-essential text messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, we may still send transactional messages necessary for an active job (for example, "We're on our way" or "Crew will arrive 15 minutes late") unless you ask us to stop those as well.
No sharing of mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on the Site to:
- Keep the Site working properly and securely
- Remember your preferences across visits
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
- Measure the effectiveness of any advertising we run
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site, including the pages they visit, how long they spend on each page, and which campaigns brought them to us. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Browser controls
Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can change your browser settings to remove cookies or to refuse cookies before they are placed. If you do, some features of the Site may not work as intended.
"Sale" or "sharing" under state law
To the extent that our use of advertising or analytics tools qualifies as "sharing" or "sale" of personal information under applicable state privacy law, you can opt out as described in Section 11.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy and to meet our legal obligations. In general:
- Active customer records (jobs in progress, recent customers, recurring customers) are kept for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period after.
- Completed-job records (invoices, work orders, before-and-after photos) are kept for up to seven (7) years to support tax, accounting, warranty, and dispute-resolution needs.
- Marketing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Site analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our analytics provider.
When we no longer have a legitimate business reason to keep your information, we will delete or anonymize it.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to safeguard the personal information we collect, including using established service providers with their own security programs. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Information From Minors
The Site and our Services are intended for adults at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@ccpressurewashing5280.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and learn how we have processed it.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Obtain a copy of the personal information you have provided to us.
- Withdraw consent to processing that is based on your consent.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, "sales" of personal information, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@ccpressurewashing5280.com or (720) 764-7880. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request — usually we can do this using information you already provided to us, but in some cases we may need to ask for additional details.
You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
10. Do-Not-Track Signals
Some browsers and mobile operating systems offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal that lets you indicate your tracking preference. Because there is no widely adopted industry or legal standard for honoring DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. If a recognized standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this Policy.
11. Specific Rights for U.S. Residents
If you are a resident of Colorado or another state with a comprehensive privacy law — including California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia — you have the rights described in Section 9 above, subject to the limits and exceptions in your state's law.
